Client Testimonials
"Nico was a great coach! He led me in my first powerlifting competition to max in all three lifts. He was very understanding in prep and flexible if something went wrong. I was able to trust Nico completely in his programming and I knew I could always reach out to him if I felt something wasn't right, and he always made sure to ask how my workouts were going throughout the week.
"I started with very little experience when starting my powerlifting career. Nico was able to nurture and enhance my strengths while building up where I was weak. He created workouts and plans that were tailored to me and always made the journey fun! He was always flexible with scheudling and worked around other aspects of my life. During my first competition, I couldn't have asked for a better, energetic, and encouraging coach! My first meet was a success."
